This CME/CE activity is intended for psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, psychologists and other health care professionals with an interest in the diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric disorders.
The Carlat CME Institute is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Each issue of The Carlat Psychiatry Report provides a maximum of one (1) AMA PRA Category 1 Credit ™. The Carlat CME Institute is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Each issue of The Carlat Psychiatry Report provides a maximum of one (1) CE credit. A subscription entitles you to up to 12 hours of CME or CE credit per year, at no additional charge. Submitting post-tests by mail or fax

In our efforts to go green, we will no longer routinely be mailing paper certificates unless specifically requested on your post-test submission. To earn CME or CE credit, you must read the articles contained in each newsletter issue and complete the quiz printed on page 7, answering at least four of the five questions correctly. Mail a photocopy of your completed quiz to: Carlat CME Institute P.O. Box 626 Newburyport, MA 01950 or Fax to (978) 499-2278 (no coversheet required) Tests must be received by Carlat CME Institute by the due date listed in the issue, which is one year after publication. Acknowledgment will be sent to you within six to eight weeks of participation.
Submitting post-tests online
To earn CME or CE credit, you must read the articles contained in each newsletter issue and complete the quiz by clicking and opening the appropriate quiz from the "CME Quiz Center" page. You must answer at least four out of the five questions correctly. Once the quiz is completed, click "Submit" for your immediate results. After completing the evaluation survey, you will then have an opportunity to select your certificate to be printed. Our CME program has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the sponsorship of the Carlat CME Institute. Carlat CME Institute is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The Carlat CME Institute is also approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists.
